Seatbelts were mounted to the door to get around the airbag requirement. Pretty much all of GM was that way at the time. Didn't turn out unsafe in practice.

For that amount of money being asked, there WILL be some issues. Those cars are not cheap to operate. Not crazy-expensive as a V12 BMW 7-series from the 1980s or 1990s, but definitely much more expensive to operate than other Nissans you could buy for that money.
